The terms that apply to Greenleaf Hospitality Group services, including the GHG Helper text message help line.
SMS terms
These terms apply to GHG Helper, the text message IT help line for Greenleaf Hospitality Group employees.
- Program name and description. GHG Helper is an internal IT help line operated by Greenleaf Hospitality Group. Employees can text GHG Helper at (269) 665-2400 to get answers from company IT documentation and to log IT support tickets.
- Eligibility. GHG Helper is for Greenleaf Hospitality Group employees only.
- How to opt in. You opt in by texting START with your location code to (269) 665-2400, usually by scanning the GHG Helper QR code at your workstation. After you register, you can text your questions directly.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You receive messages only in response to your own texts. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Greenleaf Hospitality Group does not charge for GHG Helper, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text START with your location code.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact servicedesk@ghgkz.com or (269) 226-3123.
- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Accuracy of answers. GHG Helper uses automated tools, including AI, to find answers in company documentation. Answers may not always be complete or correct. For urgent or critical issues, contact the IT Service Desk directly at (269) 226-3123.
- Privacy. Information collected through GHG Helper is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
