Burdick’s turns one in its new space.

For immediate release

September 23 Birthday Bash will celebrate the milestone with throwback favorites, double loyalty points, birthday treats and more.

KALAMAZOO, MICH. For more than 30 years, Burdick’s Bar & Grill has been a downtown Kalamazoo destination for game days, great food and gathering with friends. This September, the longtime local favorite is celebrating one year since unveiling its newly renovated space and refreshed brand with an all-day Birthday Bash on Wednesday, September 23.

The celebration will honor both Burdick’s longstanding history in Kalamazoo and the first year of its newest chapter with throwback food and drink specials, double loyalty points, birthday treats and more.

“It’s been an incredible first year in our new space, but Burdick’s story goes back much further than that. For more than 30 years, Burdick’s has been a place where people come together, especially on game day. Being the Host of Kalamazoo is something we take a lot of pride in. This celebration is really about recognizing that history, celebrating this newest chapter for Burdick’s, and most importantly, thanking the community that has supported us and continues to make Burdick’s what it is.” Mark Mattern, General Manager, Burdick’s Bar & Grill

For one day only, Burdick’s will bring back a selection of throwback favorites, including the Giant Smoked Chicken Burrito, The Phoenix Burger and Onion Ring Platter. Guests can also raise a glass to the occasion with a specialty Birthday Cake Martini.

Burdick’s loyalty members will earn double loyalty points throughout the day, and guests who purchase an entrée will receive complimentary mini birthday cake cookies while supplies last.

The Burdick’s Birthday Bash will take place throughout the day on Wednesday, September 23 at Burdick’s Bar & Grill, located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center.
